General Information

What is the date and time of the wedding?

• The wedding will take place on Saturday 27th September, with guests to arrive from 3:30pm
  

Where will the ceremony and reception take place?

• All the celebrations on the wedding day will be taking place in the Monasterio de Sant Jeroni de Cotalba in Gandia

What is the dress code?

• We invite you to dress in garden party formal attire for our special day! Think elegant and polished yet comfortable—this is the perfect opportunity to have fun with colors, prints, and styles you might not usually wear. Feel free to embrace light fabrics, vibrant hues, and playful patterns. While ties are optional, we encourage you to dress to impress and enjoy the fresh air in style.
  

When should I RSVP by, and how do I RSVP?

• There should be a link to RSVP in the email invite you will have received. We would ask that you RSVP as soon as possible, and let us know of any dietary requirements you have, and RSVP by Friday 28th March. If we don't hear from you by then, we will assume you are unable to make it.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

• As much as we love children, we will not be including them on the day of the wedding. However, they are more than welcome at the day 2 event!

Venue and Travel

Where should I fly to?

• Both Alicante and Valencia Airports are approximately 1 hour from Gandia.

Are there recommended hotels nearby?

How do I get to the venue?

• We will be organising buses to take guests from Gandia to the venue and home again at the end of the night. You are also more than welcome to organise a taxi if you prefer this. The bus home will be departing the venue at 1am and 3am.
  

Ceremony and Reception Details

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

• If you are making your own way to the venue, please be there by 3:30pm.

Will there be a cocktail hour between the ceremony and reception?

• Cocktail hour will start after the ceremony. You can find more details about the schedule of events here.
  

Are there vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free options?

• With the RSVP link, you will see there is space to provide dietary information so that we can cater for any allergies or dietary requirements.
  

Special Requests or Notes

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

• We would prefer if guests refrained from taking photos during the ceremony. We will have a professional photographer and videographer on site.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

• The wedding will be outdoors, and typically, the region sees temperatures of around 25 - 28 degree celsius at this time of year.
